feat: Initial Database stuff for FolderPairs 31bd2b1ceb 
This commit adds the initial Database design to save and load `FolderPair`s locally
feat: Added UI for the FolderPairTab c215ae3ec4 
This commit adds a FolderPairCard composable.
Also fixed the warning: "Serializable object must implement 'readResolve'".
